Gas Guru: Cheap Gas Prices App Reviews

This app does what it supposed to do, by letting me know what the latest prices of gas or diesel. As we use this app we update the prices of fuel and it helps all of us. It may not be 100% accurate for me but when I see an up dated price out updated on this app.

Even if I had to pay for this app I would be hundreds ahead. I drive a diesel pick up and on average save 10-15 dollars a fill up. Best app ever I cant say it enough saves you money!

Accurate & very helpful

I like this app it does what gas buddy use to do, take less steps to get to what you are looking for. Just keep it like that no need to fix something thats not broken!!!

I used other apps to find cheap gas, this one outdoes the rest! Very clean interface, drag and pinch, updates super fast! Accurate prices! Find what I need quickly! I LOVE IT!!!

Great app.... just needs the ability to save ur favorite stations

I used gas guru to find the cheapest gas near Paso Robles. The app posted a gas price of $2.71 at a nearby Chevron. When I arrived at the Chevron I learned that the gas price was actually $3.29. Nearly a $.60 difference. I have lost trust in this app.

We use Stop and Shop gas points. Thus, it is good to know where the best prices are near us.

I refer to this app several times a week as I get closer to half or ⅜ of my gas tank. I just wish one could get a warning when prices are going to leap up by twenty cents overnight.

This app is great but the best nearby feature is off. Most of the time the app shows a gas station much too far away when using this feature.

I usually only use Gas Guru close to where I live, however prices at gas stations in town change and fluctuate, and Ive found the prices listed on Gas Guru to be spot on. Great work!

Off by up to $0.20 at many stations and the names of quite a few of the stations are wrong too. The app wasnt always like this.

So far it works better than has buddy. I like the map!

My source for cheep gasoline prices

Not only to find the cheapest gas, but to find gas at all in a rural area. Use it frequently when in a new area.

(Oh What a Relief It Is) knowing where gas is cheapest! Especially with the pipeline incidents.

The concept of this app is great, and sometimes its definitely a money saver. However, more often than not, I find that the lowest prices advertised are frequently incorrect and there is no app function to report this inaccuracy. I have sent multiple emails to the developers and asked if they offer any forum for correcting prices. I have not received a single reply. I want the app to work and Im willing to help. But, I guess that will have to wait for a later version.

Very good and practical

Very accurate, easy to use. Love that it uses my location, with permission, to find the nearest and best prices. So far very pleased.

It has sent me on scavenger hunts too many times! Listing wrong prices, wrong locations/addresses, wrong names of the business and gas stations that are closed. Saying "Getty" has the lowest price & when I arrive, there is no Getty gas station and other businesses dont have that gas price!
