Nothing works anymore, can’t press anything.

Way behind in its reporting of current gas prices.

As others have noted the prices shown have not been updated for two weeks then suddenly the prices shown are less than five days old before reverting back to two weeks. I will seek out a better app.

The prices have not changed in 12 days. Any where I look they are all 11 or 12 days.

It’s not saving anything! You go through the process only to see nothing has been saved. Please fix otherwise this is useless and GasBuddy will get the business.

When saving stations on your favorites list the heart goes red but the stations don’t save on the list. Have to scroll through every time to check the local stations prices instead of looking at the favorites list.

It grabs prices correctly. But the other features are problem. Please fix favorites.

We’ve used Gas Guru for quite some time and loved it. Recently for some reason all of my “favorites” disappeared and the app will not let me save favorites. You can tap the ❤️ but it wont list the location in favorites. Email to developers is unanswered and it still doesn’t work right.

This is a great app for finding the best prices on gas. Well, it was. I used to be able to store my favorite stations, and refer to them with a tap. Now, the app won’t save them in the Favorites section. This has been an ongoing issue that still hasn’t been resolved. Please fix, and, you’ll get a 4th, or, possibly, 5th Star.

I loved this app until the “save to favorites” function stopped working. I have sent numerous messages to them that this function no longer works on iPhone even though it did before the last update. After 25 sent messages they still have not replied or corrected the problem.

After upgrading to iOS 18,the favorites just shows a default screen. I know I have some stations favorited.

I’ve used this app for years and it has come in handy. It used to save my favorites back has recently dumped all of them and won’t save them. It’ll save once, not come up in the favorites tab, and be deleted the next time I open the app. I tried to use the send feedback option in the app and it says I need to set up my email but doesn’t give me a place to set it up. If those bugs get fixed, it’ll be a 5 star app.

90% of the time, the gas prices aren’t accurate. Defeats the purpose of using this app.

Just average … crashes a lot … favorites saved disappear frequently

What is wrong with this App? I cannot save favorite gas stations anymore. Problem just cropped up over the past week. Save station go back to app later and it displays you have no saved stations. I am going to look for another app. I’ve had this app for several years and now this problem occurs. Second time I have complained. No response the first time. Needless to say I’m not happy about this .

I had enjoyed this app a lot until my favorite places disappeared and place is savable, it seems. Very disappointed.

You changed where my favorite s are , I hate it , not useful now , all you had to do was leave it alone , just sorry

I used to love this app. But 3x in the last few months all my favorites are gone for no reason. It’s incredibly frustrating.

If you want to know where gas stations are located, this is a great app. It will tell you the brands and the locations of many gas stations. But if you were interested in price, go elsewhere! The prices listed seem to be a fantasy. I’m not talking about them being off by a penny or two I’m talking about them being off by $0.20 sometimes more. if I could give this app less than one star, I would gladly do so. This is not a problem I have had recently, it has been something that has been ongoing for a year, but I was too lazy to say anything until today when it happened once again and I am just fed up with it.

I’ve been using Gas Guru for at least four years now. I don’t know why anybody gives it less than five stars. I guess people are expecting more features from an app? The features are simple but robust. It simply lists the current gas prices (for the gas you use) for all the gas stations near you, either on a map or a filterable table. That’s it. That’s all I need. And it doesn’t dish up annoying advertisements.

Frustrating to only get suggestions from the other side of a city or 3 1/2 hours away.

I’ve had this app for a long time(years). Used to find it helpful. Hadn’t checked it in a while because of declining accuracy. Checked it just now after having been through 5 different gas stations/stores. I can now say it is worse than ever! Either improve soon or I’ll just delete. And I know several others who feel the same way.

Up until a couple of days ago, it saved all my favorite stations. Now for some odd reason, it keeps telling me to save some. It doesn’t show ANY of them. Plus, I resaved many yesterday & sure enough ~ GONE AGAIN today‼️ Flippin ridiculous now‼️

Great concept, but misses the mark nearly every time. I spent our trip submitting corrections. Very inaccurate prices. Even the ones I was checking that we did not stop at were inaccurate. I don’t have any suggestions as to fixing this, as has prices fluctuate daily and sometimes multiple time throughout the day. Wishing you luck.

Traveling in an unknown region? This is a life saver. We use it all the time in our cross country travel. I’ve even used it locally to find those stations with the best prices. Yay!

What gives Guru? A setting I missed? It no longer reports pricing for Fred Meyer’s gas. None in my area? I’m sitting in line for gas now!

Why does Apple allow apps to remain that no longer even function? This app launches, then freezes in a mostly blank screen and is frozen/totally unresponsive. Only way out it to force quit. Sheer garbage.

Always update Gas Guru. Exxon on Albermarle Rd near 51 in CLT opened June 2022 never allowed Diesel to update until this month. Gas Guru is always on the ball.👍👍👍👍👍

Just today for an example, the price difference between this app and what is at the pump is about $.60 a gallon.

Prices are wrong. Today it claims there are no stations in town.

Sometimes it’s great but right now it’s telling me there are no gas stations near me when I can walk any direction for two minutes and hit a gas station

Download the app and it doesn’t even load guess I’ll go with gas buddy much better app.

Beginning to wonder if this app was developed and then not updated EVER. We have a Costco nearby that is approximately 1 yr old, but still doesn’t show up with gas prices despite requests over the past year to please include it. Non responsive support is about to cause me to delete this app.

Just started using app, not my 1st go to yet. It works great when the prices are shown with a recent last reported date/time. Otherwise it’s recommended you check the app for gas stations/stores that are along your route or that you prefer.

I’ve been using Gas Guru for about three years. I don’t let it locate me, I tell it where I am or where I want to look. That worked great until today. Now, if I don’t set it to share my location automatically, it gives me a bogus “there are no gas stations in your location” message. Best I can tell there is no way past that message, so the app is now useless to me and I’m uninstalling it.

This up is working just fine for me. It seems gas prices in the Toledo OH area are updated regularly

I preferred the interface of Gas Guru over Gas Buddy but it doesn’t show some stations near me. One station that changed brands 6 years ago now shows both the old and new brands, including the 6 year old price! I reported this to their Contact page but nothing happened. With the latest version of January 2024 the app no longer works. It opens and only shows a blank screen.

I try to open the app and it show “ nothing in your area”

Prices are not up to date or accurate. There is a station that has the lowest prices by far in our area and it’s not even listed… Major fail. After having this app for a long time, it’s also time to delete it for all of the above reasons.

This is totally undependable! It lists a Sunoco near me with prices over 1,100 days old!!! WHAT!?!?!?

On a trip and downloaded the app to try to save gas. It took us to a gas station with a great gas rate, Phillip 66, turns out if was a BP with a 30% higher price.

Can you get this approved to work on Car Play?

Installed app multiple times. When opening the app is frozen and not responsive. After about 30-45 seconds app closes and you are returned to your Home Screen. Tried multiple time and things this app just does not work. Don’t wast your time downloading and installing…. See all the recent low star ratings and reviews tell you something.

Further and further away from where we r headed! Old prices too.

Some of the prices are wrong, some gas stations were out of gas and some of the directions kept screwing up

This is a totally useless app. Who would want to shop for gas prices from several days ago, sometimes go up to 7 DAYS??? That’s ridiculous. What… like you ran out of gas 7 days ago and decided to go back in time? What a joke.

I like the app if someone would keep it updated on Hillsville Virginia it’s got some that haven’t been updated in 900 and some days fix it

I’ve used GasGuru for a number of years now but in this past year the prices shown are older and older and many of them we discover to be inaccurate. I’m tired of sending in corrected pricing and being misled with inaccurate pricing. Switching to some other app

Gas guru does not capture all the fueling stations. Many are missing. Needs to be a place the USERS can provide locations and feed back. Nothing worse than driving 30mins off your route for diesel to find the station does NOT have any diesel fuel on site.
